Passing along the 3rd iteration of our pricing analysis work on identical items found on both Chewy and Amazon. We try to keep the items consistent each wave, but whenever they are discontinued and no longer findable on a platform we swap it out for a new identical item that we can find. Below we also re-flag a chart from our CHWY survey with trend analysis related to shoppers of Chewy and competitors and how often they find themselves price-checking Amazon before making their purchases.
